Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email along with tracking information. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail unless otherwise stated.  All orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday during summer months to ensure that your candles arrive in the best condition. Our fulfillment center is located in Southern California and we are still experiencing Summer temperature in October.  We want to prevent your candle from sitting in a USPS hub over the weekend and possibly melting. As soon as the weather breaks, orders will ship Monday - Friday.

Local Deliveries

We are offering local deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays to those within a 26 mile radius. There is a $5 delivery fee.  You will only see a local delivery option at check out if your zip code is within 26 miles of our fulfillment center.
