Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email along with tracking information. Please sign up for tracking notifications to be sent to you via text or email to keep up with the status of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on USPS.com.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail (unless otherwise stated) Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
UPDATED Shipping Policy
Please note, USPS is experiencing shipping delays due to Covid-19 as well as bad weather conditions in some areas. As a result, packages are taking longer than normal to be delivered. Therefore, at this time USPS is not guaranteeing the Priority shipping timeframe of 1-3 business days. With that being said, once we ship your package, we have absolutely no control over the time it takes to arrive to you. You Glow Girl Candle Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS ( Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. ) We ask that you have patience and understanding during this time.
If a considerable amount of time has passed (3+ weeks) since your order was shipped, and the USPS tracking website doesn't show any movement of your package, feel free to contact us at youglowgirlcandleco@gmail.com and we will file a claim directly with USPS. We will get back to you as soon as we receive the investigation results. Or, you can file a claim with USPS yourself and wait for the investigation results.
IMPORTANT:
CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.
If we receive your package back as RETURN TO SENDER, we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.
We will be glad to resend an order back to a customer but unfortunately the customer will have to cover the reshipping charges of $15.
You will receive a PayPal invoice for the reshipping fee and once it is paid, we will reship the item out to you.
