Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email along with tracking information. Please sign up for tracking notifications to be sent to you via text or email to keep up with the status of your delivery.  Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on USPS.com.  

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail (unless otherwise stated) Monday - Friday.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. 

UPDATED Shipping Policy

During warm weather months, June - September, we will only ship candles and wax melts on Monday and Tuesday (outside of California) and Monday through Wednesday (within California). This limits time in transit so that your items do not sit over the weekend in non-air conditioned facilities. Please note, If you place your order Tuesday morning, it may not ship until the following Monday depending on our order volume. This is a necessary step to maintain the quality of your candles. Please plan for additional fulfillment time when placing your order.

YOU GLOW GIRL CANDLE CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. CUSTOMER  ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED.  PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES AS SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE UPDATED ONCE TRACKING HAS BEEN ASSIGNED. 

CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK. THIS APPLIES TO  ORDERS SENT BACK AS "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" or as  "RETURNED TO SENDER"

If we receive your package back for any of the reasons mentioned above as, we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.  We will send you a PAY PAL INVOICE for the shipping fee. Once your invoice is paid, we will re-ship your items back out to you. 
PLEASE NOTE, YOU GLOW GIRL CANDLE CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT DUE TO YOUR PACKAGE HAVING TO BE RE-SHIPPED AFTER BEING RETURNED TO US DUE TO A WRONG ADDRESS BEING GIVEN.
